Poop Ore is one of the very weird things Notch adds to the game. It's only appearance is in If Poop Ore was Added to Minecraft.

Poop can be used to make all the things other ores can, like armor and swords. It would be the rarest item in the game, and can only spawn in caves and whenever Jeb farts.
